These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. While these terms and conditions may be amended at any time, your statutory rights will not be affected.
What You See
Due to limitations of scanners, cameras and my photographing skills, the colours in my paintings may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen.
To Frame or Not To Frame
Because frame preferences are as subjective as art, any frames provided are protective rather than decorative. I mainly paint on boxed canvas (not framed), canvas board and hardboard (usually framed) and watercolour paper (mounted and gallery-wrapped, but not framed).
Original One-Off Artwork
Please note that only original, one-off, artwork is shown. Only one of each piece can be sold as an original. The purchaser will be the first authorised payment.
Prints
Prints of a selection of artwork will be made available through online merchandisers. Their terms and conditions will apply as will their postage rates.
Postage and Packing
Postage and packing has not been included in the RRP and will be advised.
To Order Online
I am currently using PayPal.
Because I will negotiate prices and offer discounts to those buying more than one piece, there is no RRP shown on the order form. The price to be used is as shown against each artwork in my art gallery or as negotiated with me.
To Order Offline
To order offline, or to send a cheque, please write to Euphrosene Labon, 12 Brambletyne Close, Angmering, West Sussex, BN16 4DD.
Please include the name of the artwork, price agreed, as well as your name, address, telephone and email, together with your cheque for the agreed amount. I will send confirmation of your order by email or letter, giving details of the despatch of the selected artwork.
Payment Options
Credit or Debit Card (online): Please note that I will not have access to your debit/credit card details. All payment processing is carried out by PayPal and is fully conformant with industry requirements. To reassure you, please check in the browser for the secured padlock (https) and to check PayPal’s Terms and Conditions, please go to PayPal’s website.
Cheques (Offline): Cheques should be made payable to Euphrosene Labon and be in GBP Sterling from a UK bank. Orders will be dispatched after your cheque has cleared, and once you have been notified that your order has been accepted. Your name and address must be printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Please send to the address shown above.
Electronic Funds Transfer: please contact me if this is your preferred method.
Discounts:Discounts are available for all collectors.
Cancellations & Returns Policy
This business complies fully with official regulations concerning distance selling.
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, or return your artwork, you may do so within seven working days. Please confirm in writing notice of your cancellation and you will receive a full refund within thirty days of cancellation using the same means used for the original purchase (eg PayPal or cheque).
If the artwork has already been despatched, please ensure it is handled with care and returned in its original condition at your own cost by courier, Special Delivery or equivalent.
The goods to be returned should be wrapped securely in their original packaging, or packaging of the same standard. Please include a covering note with details of your name, address and order number. Goods should be returned to: 12 Brambletyne Close, Angmering, West Sussex, BN16 4DD.
Please note, however, that the right of cancellation does not apply to any artwork that has been specifically commissioned or personalised.
Privacy & Data Collection
Stats are collected automatically by most websites including this one. However, they are not used to identify individuals. No information about visitors to this site is ever passed to third parties. However, information may be retained about buyers and prospects for sales and after sales purposes only. This information will not be given out to third parties for any purpose other than that required by law.
Copyright and Artist’s Rights
Copyright for all works remains with Euphrosene Labon. All rights remain with the artist after sale; images may be reproduced as prints, as images on merchandise or in other ways regardless of the state of ownership of the original, including commissions where exclusivity has not been negotiated as part of the contract.
All layout, style, logos and content are copyright by Euphrosene Labon and may not be reproduced without permission with the sole exception of the www.euphrosenelabon.com logo which may be used intact alongside or as part of a link back to this site.
Images may not be reproduced in any form without the prior consent of the artist, excepting low resolutions images which may be used for search engines, online directories, news sites, commercial arts related and personal web pages, for the purpose of linking back to this website; referenced in a non-for-profit forum; or in teaching media in an educational establishment. Pricing And Payment Methods
To simplify things, pricing is now based on size, whether the artwork is on paper (watercolour/ pastel/ Bristol board), wood panel, board or canvas, and whether the work is mounted and/or framed.
All unframed pieces will be gallery wrapped.
Prices start from £20.
