sittingroom floor affordable art – just some of the ‘feedback’ I’ve had over the years about my personality. I rarely think about it these days as I am what I am. Till Twitter and Facebook insecurity started to creep in.

Even super-slebs seem to suffer crises of social media confidence. But it is yet another element to factor in when stress levels rise. In my defence, I don’t seem to be the only one agonising over who has unfollowed or unfriended me or why. Hence the opening sentence. I presume my forthright opinions get up peoples’ noses, though if I can stay friendly and following those with totally contrasting views, then I too should be cut some slack. Continue reading

The search for self-knowledge

skinblight is a lifetime task say Grossbart and Sherman – and I agree. However, generous soul that I am, my blog does aim to help my readers – regular and casual – to make their self-knowledge quest slightly easier.

Self-healing needs self-knowledge yet sometimes we can recognise similarities with the challenges of others – hence – tada – uploading these awful photos of my skin rash. The back is of the dalmation blots and belly of the hives which suddenly appeared two or three days ago. At least nothing is itching at the moment.(The back never itched – only the scalp.)
