Manifesting

…is invariably easy to accomplish, as I have written before, when the light first beams on one. Most happy recipients of this mystical experience feel an urgent need to write and evangelise, with the added incentive of those early easy manifestations. So where, when and how does it then become such an uphill struggle?EMF

With Profit From Unlimited Thinking, I wanted to put more into 300-odd pages than most books in this genre. I wanted to give plenty of information to enable the seeker to find with relative ease because back then, and still now, I never wanted readers to make me their personal prophet.

In contrast, the big success stories in this genre, churn out title after title, each reinforcing the view that the path to heaven is through them - and their next piece of merchandise. I want success, big success even, but I have only ever wanted to inform and educate and leave decisions to the reader.

Why this train of thought?

Whenever I mention Bernard´s Thought Bricks, I get an email asking for more information about him and his excellent self-published works. Except he died some while ago and the old ladies who helped him eventually sold off his stock - which, incidentally, were mostly A5 and A4 sheets, produced on a kind of letterpress printer.

The Thought Bricks Course was a single-stapled pamphlet in similar style, although the parable-based booklets were professionally printed.

Yet that homely style and Christian-based metaphysics attracted thousands of followers from all over the world. Bernard was much loved, but I never did find out much about him - even once driving around Altarnun in the vain hope of tracking him down.

In the end, my spiritual evolution took me on a parallel path - one where I needed and wanted (and still do) the guru to be my own inner self. Shades of In Tune With The Infinite.

But, and this is back to the uphill bit, it´s as if the more spiritual knowledge gained, the more difficult it is to manifest as easily. Indeed I remember once reading that the power inherent in such knowledge could cause serious destruction if used even inadvertently - something I happen to believe, by the way.

And so leaks in the spiritual pipe are allowed to develop, forcing energy to be spent on repairs. The alternative though would be to churn out the rubbish that sells in mega millions. Unfortunately, I wasn´t made that way, and cannot go against my inner convictions.

But the books I have written, all of them, are full of viable information, things I wish I had had instead of having to gather it myself.

Meanwhile: Sheep minds are responsible for most of the world´s chaos and disorder. They allow their leaders to create disharmony on a wide scale, the same leaders who hypocritically feather their own nests. And still the sheep minds allow it. Hamas, Unite .. for starters. As someone said in Gladiator, the mob has the power, but the mob is stupid, bending to the will of others, even if it ends up breaking what´s left of their spines.

Watched Guarding Tess yesterday and there’s a shot, towards the end, of a helicopter taking her to hospital. The backdrop is of the deep purple skies of a setting sun… and it looked almost exactly like my painting of EMFs (see corner). Just thought I’d share that!

Art is informed by the life we lead, by our thoughts, experiences and desires. My blog posts are either streams of consciousness, wrestling with spiritual concepts or other experiences on this particular spiritual journey. progress

Emmaus has been and gone and I´d like to think I´ve gained more space, except it still looks way too cluttered everywhere.Ma

They wouldn´t take the VHS tapes (no-one buys them it seems) or the exercise equipment (no instructions). Even the sofabed was inspected for a fire hazard label (in the palaver, the protective cover was left behind). And I thought giving away nice things would be a cinch!

It was a real challenge to get to sleep last night. It was like I was majorly caffeinated. Except I never drink coffee in the evening unless I am going out for dinner. On the plus side, I was out before 2am - not like the other week, when I kept waking up in the early hours.

Am off to stretch my legs and get some Tamari. Then it´s back to struggling with the TIFF for the new business card, and trying to get some order into my chaos painting.

Meanwhile: I got a thoughtful email from someone which I can´t actually reply to without creating a potentially unwanted situation. Sigh.

Later: Business cards sorted for the London Book Fair. They are not by any means perfect as I erred on being memorable instead. I will have to go for much better quality for my art postcards though.

A guy at the greetings card seminar said people preferred opening up something, and to have words inside, but these are meant to be collectables. And I can still sell them as `proper´ cards via the likes of Zazzle.

Health is much better today although I am waiting for the hit from not getting to sleep that easily.

Have also made great progress on two further paintings - both related to chaos, creation and order. I also made a much bigger mess than normal and hope any hidden bits dry before I put on any smart clothes. Picking up the shopping, I noticed orange paint all over my cardigan. I´ve kind of forgotten what it´s like to wear nice things! And makeup.

cause & effect cont’d

jigsaw discordCause and effect - an interesting metaphysical principle. What we say and do causes effects. Agreed. But what if the things we say and do are the effects of another´s actions (ie cause)?

Presumably that´s why Jesus advocated turning the other cheek - to stop the endless loop.

Yet sometimes turning the other cheek or forgiving the prodigal can create situations that damage the whole in unintended ways.

We live in times when bad behaviour is rewarded. Vile murderers rarely work out their sentences. The younger killers, and they seem to be increasing rather frighteningly, even get changed lives, funded for life by the taxpayer. They are granted anonymity and security, paid for by the taxpayer.

Some cause and effect!

These people cause mayhem and grief and in return enjoy resurrection through the grace and funds of others who reap only their effects - ie increased cynicism, decreasing compassion and so forth.

I do not hold with capital punishment, yet life in prison should be exactly that. A life for a life. Killing them only kills off any chance of remorse. Plus, of course, retaining rather too strongly that last evil cellular memory.

Giving up their life outside for one permanently behind bars should, theoretically, give them time to repent. And it´s not as if UK prisons are akin to Devil´s Island.

Nowadays, there is a tendency to mollycoddle in the name of rehabilitation. No wonder so many go on to re-offend. There is no real deterrent.

This train of thought came from reading Rod Liddle´s throwaway baiting piece in The Spectator. Perhaps he couldn´t be bothered to explain further, but he´s getting Twit-roasted for his sloppiness.

Multi-culturalism is a kind of guilt payback, in my view. The guilt of colonialism presumably weighs heavy, hence being prepared to lose indigenous culture, such as it is, for a more free-form one where ultimately the strongest will win. And I doubt it would be the original one.

Multi-racial is what makes Britain wonderful.

Multi-cultures, on the other hand, will most likely lead to tribalism of the worst kind, because people want to belong. A mishmash of tribal cultures would appear to make that impossible.

So that `cause´ too will result in `effect´ - horrible ones, like the BNP. And, sadly, it is people with obvious ethnic differences who will suffer. Unlike Miliband, Mandelson, Shane et al, my skin colour cannot hide my ethnic inheritance.

Another metaphysical idea also resurrected itself last night: that of positive thinking and thoughts creating. I even wrote how to do this in Profit From Unlimited Thinking.

Yet this too is not clear cut.

Think of all those thoughts that did not want the UK to illegally invade another country. It still happened. Think of all those who want MPs to develop moral fibre and self-awareness. Still hasn´t happened.

Even the many of us wanting Tony Blair to face a war crimes tribunal might be advised to keep breathing.

Profit From Unlimited Thinking was and is only meant as a primer, so I doubt I went into too much detail about payback, often in an unidentified point of time and space. But the subject, along with cause and effect is on my mind a lot these days.

For those who cared about Dr David Kelly, it may come soon. These are strange times.
